Mr. DiGiacomo has over 15 years of experience in Food Processing and over 10 years of experience in management, construction, consulting, energy engineering and utility incentive programs. His experience spans building design, wastewater management, compressed air, vacuum, industrial refrigeration, HVAC, process cooling, fluid handling, lighting and process improvements. While his main focus has been on Demand Side Management (DSM) solutions, he has been facilitating Distributed Energy Resource (DER) solutions as well as participating in DSM and DER programs nationally with a goal to provide his customers with comprehensive energy management services. He currently is the President and Co-Founder of DC Energy Services and oversees the multi-discipline operations of the company. He has earned his Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP) and Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certifications and previously served as president for the Association of Energy Engineers – San Joaquin Valley Chapter. has completed/assisted in project evaluation, design, execution and measurement and verification for more than 100 projects resulting in over $14MM in annual cost savings to clients.

Mr. Cochran has over 12 years of experience working with Food Processing and Industrial facilities along with approximately 5 years of experience in project management, energy engineering and consulting in the energy efficiency market. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis in Thermal Fluids and Alternative Energy. During his studies, he worked as a Refrigeration Technician Apprentice with contractor Cochran Mechanical Inc. Upon graduating, Mr. Cochran worked for Lockheed Martin as a Project Engineer for over 3 years, assisting with the implementation of Southern California Edison's Industrial Energy Efficiency Program. Mr. Cochran is Vice President and Co-Founder of DC Energy Services, an engineering and consulting firm that specializes in Industrial Systems, Energy Engineering and Project Management. He has earned his Professional Engineer (PE) certification and his Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification.
Kyle dunn p.e., cem, leed ap
Kyle Dunn is President and Founder of MWE2 LLC. He provides over 15 years of utility and engineering experience in the energy services sector. Kyle has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University, a Master of Science in Operations Management from University of Arkansas, and specializes in commercial and industrial (C&I) project management, energy audits, and measurement and verification (M&V). Kyle holds a professional engineer’s license in California (#34,500), is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP), and previously served on the Board of Directors for the US Green Building Council – San Diego Chapter.
Phillip hasley P.E.
Phillip Hasley is founder of our consulting partner, Hasley Consulting, and has over over twenty years of experience providing energy auditing, analysis, design and measurement and verification (M&V) services for utility and customer clients. His evaluation and design technology experience includes HVAC, refrigeration, variable speed drive, industrial process, commercial and power generation projects. He has performed integrated and demand reduction audits, short term metering to establish equipment energy consumption and created computer simulation models using spreadsheets, eQUEST and DOE-2 to estimate savings and payback on energy saving projects. He has provided technical assistance for energy conservation incentive programs of Southern California Edison and Pacific Gas and Electric Company. He contributed to the FEMP and California SPC M&V procedures manuals, ASHRAE Guideline 14, and has conducted energy conservation training workshops for NEEC, ASHRAE and several utilities.
